This adult retreat center has ten hotel-type heated/air-conditioned bedrooms with private baths. Eight rooms (#3-#10) have three double beds and two rooms have two twin beds (#1 & #2 - handicap accessible). This level of the Conference Center features a large meeting area/lobby (large enough for 75 people) with a TV/VCR/DVD on a moveable cart. Linens (bedding and towels) are provided. This facility is attached to both Lindley Dining Hall and Cleveland Chapel.

The Bourdon House is a heated/air-conditioned cottage and consists of three bedrooms (one room is a cozy loft with a single bed, one room upstairs with three single beds and one room downstairs with three single beds). There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, coffee pot and small dining table, a comfortable lounge area with TV/VCR/DVD, one full bathroom with\ tub/shower and an additional powder room. Higgins Lodge is fully carpeted and heated/air-conditioned. The lodge consists of six bedrooms (five rooms with two single beds and one room with one single bed), four semi-private bathrooms with showers, a cozy fellowship room with a TV/VCR/DVD and a hospitality center consisting of a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.
